Domestic Shipping & Delivery Policy

Abu Dhabi - Express Delivery Process:

• Express Delivery timing options shall be selected by the customer based on their preferences.
• Delivery services covers,(Abu Dhabi City,Khalifa City A&B,MBZ City, Saadiyat, Yass Island).
• Placed orders till 7/PM, (Saturday to Friday) will Delivered within 3/hours. 
• Delivery time start from 2/PM.

Abu Dhabi - Same Day Delivery:

• Delivery services covers,(Abu Dhabi City,Khalifa City A&B,MBZ City, Saadiyat,Shamkhah -Al Falah -Al Rahba - Bani Yas -Al Reef Downtown -Alwathbah-Yass Island-shakhbout city).
• All orders shall be delivered within the same day seven days a week.
• Orders placed before 5/PM will be delivered same day.
• Orders placed after 5/PM will be delivered next working day.

All other Emirates orders:

 

 

• Other emirates orders which are placed before 6/PM shall be dispatched same day and will get delivered to the customer next day all week excluding Fridays.

Western Region:

• Delivery services covers (Madinat Zayed) Ruwais,Ghiyathi,Mirfa, Silaa)
• Orders placed every day will be delivered next day excluding Friday.
